Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah McMahon
Doctor of Physical Therapy. Pediatric practioner. Board Certified Specialist in Neurology. Mom of three. Big believer that play is powerful and movement is magic.
I started Phun Phit Pham because I saw a gap between what parents were told to do and what they actually felt equipped to handle. Most families are navigating critical development years with little more than a pediatrician’s “they’ll grow out of it” and a pile of pastel gear that doesn’t do much.
I wanted to change that.

Expert-Led Play
With a background in early intervention and inpatient neurorehab, and years of hands-on experience working with families, I bring clinical expertise, real-life empathy, and a whole lot of play to every part of this brand.
Whether we’re working together one-on-one or you’re just downloading a guide, I want you to feel more confident, more connected, and more supported.

We don’t just care about milestones.
We care about momentum.
At Phun Phit Pham, we believe families build connection, confidence, and capacity through movement.
That’s why everything we do—consults, classes, partnerships, resources—is designed to help you:
-
Understand your child’s development without second-guessing
-
Make play a meaningful part of everyday life
-
Move your body in ways that feel fun, not forced
-
Feel less alone and more equipped at every step
Our goal is to create a family wellness brand that supports the whole family physically, emotionally, and developmentally.

For Parents, Caregivers, and Brands Who Believe in a Better Way
You don’t need a diagnosis to get support. You just need a question, a curiosity, or a desire to parent with more presence and play.
We work with families across the country through virtual consults, serve the Greater Philadelphia area through in-person classes, and collaborate with aligned companies to create content and campaigns that support real growth.

Meet the Real Phun Phit Pham

Sarah's Story
Sarah initially pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Dance at Drexel University, where she solidified a lifelong passion for bodily expression, biomechanics, and creative movement (bonus: this is also where she met her other half, Kevin). True to her overachieving nature, she simultaneously completed her 450-hour Pilates certification and a year of coursework toward a Master’s in Education. It was during this time that Sarah discovered her deeper calling: combining her love of teaching, working with children, and movement through physical therapy.
This realization led her to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Growing up with a sister with epilepsy, Sarah developed a strong connection to neurology early on and went on to become a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS).

Sarah has extensive experience in early intervention pediatrics and inpatient neuro rehabilitation, offering families trusted support from infancy and beyond, across all ability levels.

Her diverse background has allowed her to share her expertise with students, parents, and professionals alike — from serving as a teaching assistant in Drexel University’s DPT program, to guest lecturing for Heartwell Yoga’s Kids Teacher Training, to making a guest appearance on KYW News Radio.
As a mother of two (with a third on the way), Sarah blends professional expertise with lived experience, empowering families to move confidently through every stage of growth. Her approach always emphasizes playful movement, functional strength, and joyful connection for the whole family.
Kevin's Story
Kevin McMahon is the backbone behind Phun Phit Pham, ensuring that storytelling, strategy, and overall family life run as smoothly, and efficiently, as possible.
Kevin attended Drexel University, where his drive for challenge and curiosity led him to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

His love of adventure started early, earning his PADI Advanced Scuba Diver certification, traveling extensively through competitive ice hockey (including being part of Drexel’s championship-winning team), and ultimately continuing through his greatest adventure — building a life and family with Sarah.
At Phun Phit Pham, Kevin supports the vision as a market researcher, creative thinker, family chef, writer, and resident problem-solver. Whether he’s proofreading newsletters, hanging flyers for community events at the local park, or (most likely) fixing something around the house, Kevin is always finding intentional ways to support the family and keep everyone laughing along the way.
Whenever doubt creeps in, Kevin reminds Sarah — just as he promised in his wedding vows — of Walt Disney’s famous words: “If you can dream it, you can do it.” That belief continues to shape the heart, direction, and ambition behind Phun Phit Pham.
