A Quick Note Before You Book
This consulting session is not a traditional physical therapy appointment. It’s a one-time educational consult designed to offer guidance, reassurance, and play-based ideas—not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If your child needs formal PT services or you're looking for support through an early intervention program, I also offer private pay PT and can provide a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah McMahon
Doctor of Physical Therapy. Pediatric practioner. Board Certified Specialist in Neurology. Mom of three. Big believer that play is powerful and movement is magic.
I started Phun Phit Pham because I saw a gap between what parents were told to do and what they actually felt equipped to handle. Most families are navigating critical development years with little more than a pediatrician’s “they’ll grow out of it” and a pile of pastel gear that doesn’t do much.
I wanted to change that. I can't wait to chat with you on your next session!
